Beer:  Chimay Peres Trappistes Brewer: Chimay Style: Belgian Tripple Serving Type: Bottle Alex picked up a six pack of this after work tonight and we drank some. Pours with a nice head and some lacing.  Nice appearances; golden with a hint of brown. Smell sa little fruity, some hop spicyness and a hint of sherry. Mouthfeel is good, great consistancy with adecent amount of carbonation. Tastes amazing! Caramel with spicy hops, the malt and bitterness balances well. Overall a great beer, one of the best I have had in Belgium.
