Beer: Grimbergen Optimo Bruno Brewer Brouwerij Alken-Maes Style: Belgian Strong Ale Serving Type: Bottle ABV: 10% Rating B- Pours dark amber with a small head with a bit of lacing. Not much aroma, a little hint of malt and caramel. Mouthfeel is thin, needs more carbonation. Taste is really malty and sweet. High alcohol but it doesn’t taste too hot. Although sweet, it’s not cloying. Has a pretty clean finish.
