Beer: Grimbergen Goud Doree Brewer: Brouwerij Alken-Maes Style: Belgian Strong pale ABV: 8% Rating: B Pours golden yellow with a thick white head. Nose is a bit sweet, but also some sour notes at the same time.. Mouthfeel is great. Good consistency with just the right amount of carbonation. Taste is a little thin though. Not much besides a little malt flavor and a very dry finish. Easy to drink for the relatively high alcohol content.
